PCCA offers its gin customers a state-of-the-art, full-service accounting program able to process all accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory control and financial reporting needs.
- PCCA’s gin bookkeeping software is comprehensive, including the compilation of employee W-2s to vendor 1099s and IRS tax reporting.
- Scale tickets, cottonseed sales, and cottonseed credit payments automatically update the related customer, vendor, and general ledger account balances within the gin bookkeeping program.
- All programs are fully supported by PCCA’s Grower Services/Gin Bookkeeping staff including on-site training at the gin.
